Our engagements involve customized financial analysis, strategic advisory, and professional expertise. Please review this policy carefully before proceeding with any payment.

Refunds Before Engagement Begins (48-Hour Window)

Clients may request a refund within 48 hours of making the payment, provided that the consulting engagement has not yet commenced.

An engagement is considered to have commenced when any of the following occur:

  • An onboarding or discovery session is conducted

  • Work on analysis, documentation, or advisory has begun

  • Access to paid resources, tools, or sessions has been provided

In case of an approved refund, any service charges levied by banks, card networks, or payment gateways will be deducted, and the remaining balance amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment. 

Refunds are subject to standard processing timelines of banks and payment service providers.

No Cash Refund Policy After Engagement Commences

Once the engagement has begun, all consulting fees paid to VERIDION FINSERV PRIVATE LIMITED are strictly non-refundable. This is due to the personalized nature of our services and the immediate allocation of professional time, expertise, and resources.

Service Guarantee (Corrective Support in Lieu of Refunds)

While monetary refunds are not available after commencement, we stand firmly behind the quality and integrity of our services.

If you believe there has been a technical issue, execution gap, or deviation from the agreed scope of service, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of service delivery at📧 info@veridionfinserv.com, along with specific details of the concern.

Resolution Process

Where a genuine issue is identified upon review, VERIDION FINSERV PRIVATE LIMITED will offer corrective support at no additional cost, which may include:

  • Clarifications or detailed explanations

  • Revisions within the original agreed scope

  • An additional advisory or corrective session

This corrective support constitutes our Service Guarantee and replaces any entitlement to a cash refund.

Exclusions

Refunds or corrective services will not apply in cases where:

 

  • Services have been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope

  • Outcomes are affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client

  • Dissatisfaction arises from subjective expectations beyond the original engagement terms

Final Authority

All decisions regarding refunds, service reviews, and corrective support rest solely with VERIDION FINSERV PRIVATE LIMITED, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
